Calculate area and perimeter of rectangle, triangles, parallelograms and compound shapes made up of them
Convert between metric units of length and area
Calculate area and circumference of circles and sectors
Calculate the volume and surface area of cuboids and prisms

IGCSE Core Learning Objectives – Students should be able to:

Calculate the surface area and volume of prisms (Video 14.01) and pyramids (Video 14.02); in particular cuboid (Video 14.03) (Video 14.04), cylinder (Video 14.05), cone (Video 14.06) (Video 14.07)
Calculate the surface area and volume of sphere and hemisphere (Video 14.08)
Calculate volumes of compound shapes (Video 14.09)
